Attorney Christopher Smith is a Partner with Magner, Hueneke, Smith & Borda, LLP. He is a graduate of Marquette University Law School and a graduate of UW-Whitewater where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Attorney Smith has litigated numerous criminal cases in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Rock, Washington, Racine and Kenosha Counties. Attorney Smith has been recognized for excellence in Advanced Legal Research in Wisconsin law by the Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction. He represents clients in Circuit Courts throughout southeastern Wisconsin including: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Ozaukee, Walworth, and Washington counties.
